製品説明
当社の水性脱色剤は、繊維廃水の色除去の脱色剤として機能します。
脱色、凝集、CODcr低減などの用途に特化した4級カチオンポリマーです。
応用
・水脱色剤は主に染料工場からの高色の廃水の脱色処理に使用されます。活性染料、酸性染料、分散染料による廃水の処理に適しています。
- 水脱色剤は、繊維産業、染色工場、顔料産業、印刷インキ産業、製紙産業からの廃水の処理にも使用できます。
- 水脱色剤は、紙・パルプの製造工程で保持剤としても使用できます。
水脱色剤は水で10～40倍に希釈し、廃水に直接投入してください。数分間混合した後、沈殿させるか空気中に浮遊させると透明な水になります。より良い結果を得るには、廃水の pH 値を 7 ～ 10 に調整する必要があります。色度や COD が比較的高い場合は、ポリ塩化アルミニウムと水性脱色剤を併用することもできますが、混合することはできません。これにより、治療費を抑えることができます。
