センタードライブシングルパイプスラッジスクレーパーは、1本のスリムなコラムで穏やかな機械的かき集めと油圧吸引を組み合わせています。中央のギアモーター (0.01 ～ 0.03 rpm) が、構造シャフトとしても機能する垂直リターンパイプを回転させます。 2 つのスクレーパーアームが沈殿したスラッジをパイプの口に運び、低ヘッドポンプまたは静水圧差によってスラリーを同じパイプを通って排出フランジまで上方に引き込みます。

吸引ポイントが連続的に移動するため、固定式汚泥ホッパーが不要となり、デッドゾーンや臭気の発生がなくなります。このユニットは側水深が 1.2 m しか必要とせず、直径 4 ～ 20 m のタンクに適合するため、既存の給水池やパッケージ下水処理池の内部の改修に最適です。すべての機械部品は水面上にあります。下部ガイドブッシュはグリース潤滑されており、脱水をせずに交換可能です。

スクレーパーは 304/316 ステンレスまたはコーティングされた炭素鋼で製造され、あらかじめ組み立てられた状態で出荷されます。中央の橋脚にボルトで固定され、電源とスラッジラインを接続して、運転を開始します。シンプルな吸引設計、低消費電力 (< 0.55 kW)、最小限の水中コンポーネントを備えたセンタードライブ単管汚泥スクレーパーは、継続的な底部洗浄のための省スペースでメンテナンスが容易なソリューションを自治体や産業に提供します。
